Sunday, August 14, 2011, 4:30-5:30pm – Recruiter Meeting at Faith Presbyterian Church
1529 N Circle Dr, 80909 (corner of Circle and Palmer Park on Happiness)
Come to the glass door and down the hall to the Fellowship Hall.

Tuesday, August 16th, noon-1pm – Recruiter Meeting at Grace and St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church
601 N Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 (Corner of Monument St and Tejon St)
Go through the glass doors on the Monument side to Parrish Hall.

Wednesday, August 24th at 6:00 pm at Faith Presbyterian Church on the corner of Circle, Palmer Park and Happiness.  Enter on the Happiness side through the glass door.

Tuesday, August 30, 2011, 6:00-7:00pm – Recruiter Meeting at Faith Presbyterian Church

Come to the glass door and down the hall to the Fellowship Hall.

If you cannot attend any of the meetings, please let us know asap, so we can arrange to give you the materials at an alternate time.

Notes:
I need you to bring a count of how many bulletin inserts you will need.  Also, we are asking for $10 from each church to help defray expenses like shipping t-shirts, printing, etc.  Make checks payable to Faith Presbyterian Church. We only have one set of materials for each church, but if you have a co-recruiter you can both come to hear the information.

If you would like to be on the planning committee, we have our next meeting on Tuesday, August 9th at noon at Grace & St Stephens.  We are trying to come up with things to do at the end of the walk, so any suggestions would be welcome (maybe each church have a game booth?). Also, we are looking for a youth group who would be willing to come blow up balloons before the walk (around 12:30pm the day of the walk). If you are interested, please contact us.
